Due to Autumn's BOWtique being a custom shop, only refunds will be issued if it was a mistake made by us.

        If you recieve clothing (excluding customs)that does not fit, you may return it by using a return label that we are able to send via Email. Once item has been recieved by us, we will issue a refund AS LONG as the item is in the condition that we had it in.


        Flat rate shipping of $4 on every order. Free shipping is available on purchases pver $50.

        Labels are created when orders are completed and ready to head out the door. Once packages have been dropped off to the post office, we no longer have control over it. 

        If your package have moved from the original destination and did not make it to you in the time it was supposed to you may contact USPS customer service!

        Unfortunately packages do get lost and a lot of packages do not get scanned like they are supposed to. We will try our best to work with USPS to find our customers lost package, but there is so much that we can do. All that we ask is for your patience and understanding. We know how frustrating it can be.
